Cannot use trim assist 2022 yamaha

I have a 2022 300hp with the 6x9 binnacle and 6ym display and when I try to turn trim assist on I get the message "you cannot use this mode". Right now it's on the trailer and not running but I've never been able to get past this message even when running.

I performed the zero calibration and set the presets for idle and 3500rpm just to see if anything changes. Is there something special that's needed for this to work?

I watched that and unfortunately I can't do the very first step. As soon as I turn trim assist on I get the message "you cannot use this mode".

Here's a novel idea - since it's a new engine, why not ask your installing dealer why it does not work?

Because I don't want to be without the boat for 3 weeks while it sits on their lot waiting for someone to look at it.

If you could check all the connections without voiding your warranty - something could be not plugged in all the way - just a shot in the dark

I found the answer. I called the dealer and after talking to two different techs I was told that there are 5 presets for trim assist and apparently all 5 need to be set in order to be able to enable trim assist. The video posted above does show setting all 5 but never says that all 5 are required.
