Cannon Downrigger Optimum TS Jammed

Can anyone recommend a Cannon repair shop for my Optimum TS? It shuts off when I push the up button after it got jammed on a kink in the steel line.

What was your result? Mine is doing the same thing, but I have braid, it just quit during cycling mode, now up button shuts it off.

I still have not taken it in for repair. I keep hoping that someone has had the same problem fixed and will post about it. I know it was overloaded and needs a relay/fuse replaced, just dont know where or how...

My Fairy Godmother visited me, but all she did was smack me in the head with her wand and tell me to take it to the authorized repair shop!

Bad switch? Cheap enough to buy. Cant be very difficult to install.

If you can not confidently do the EXACT REPLACING of every wire. PERFECTLY
Do not try.
