Can someone give me torque specs?

I need to find the torque specs for my 1989 OMC COBRA GM 3.0 I ordered a manual but hasent showed up yet and need to get this thing back together. I need the Torque specs for the head, Exhaust and valve cover. If someone can help be out it would be greatly appreciated.

For GM 2.5 & 3.0 Engines
Cylinder Head - 95 ft/lbs
Exhaust Manifold - 23 ft/lbs
Valve Cover - 4 ft/lbs

Thank you very much Jsmoore. Is the head torque in a stage of three or does it need re torqued after 20hours

Quote from same manual: "Cylinder Head Installation........ Coat the threads of the cylinder head bolts with sealing compound and install them finger tight. Tighten the cylinder head bolts alternately and evenly in three sequences to the torque value listed in the specifications in the appendix. Begin in the center and work alternately toward both ends of the head. Tighten to 1/3 the torque value on the first sequence; to 2/3 the value on the second sequence; and to the full torque value on the third and final sequence."
