Yes sand it all. And clean it WELL with acetone prior to paint. Tractor Paint is one of the easiest paints to apply. Very Simple process Thin it a bit, add a bit of hardener stir for 30 mins. off and on, and then Spray or roll it. You have 8 hours to use up the amount you mixed. 2 hour recoat time. What could be easier. Believe me, if it was hard, I could never do it!!!
