Cabin Fridge ?

My Norcold fridge DE251A needs a door seal. I found a place that had the seal listed. However they emailed me today saying it is no longer available. I don't want to spend money for a fridge that just needs a door seal.

I thought about finding a generic one, but I really hate modifying it. Worse comes to worse I can use armaflex foam tape and make a seal with it, but I know it won't last.

Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks

Re: Cabin Fridge ?

put a bead of pure silicone around the jamb and let it dry before you shut it,,, after it has dried, then shut the door.. it will seal it,,,,,,,,,,

Easier still, why not just use peel-and-stick foam weatherstripping?
