bravo 1 water pick up

hi, What would be the best way to do an inspection for any obstruction in the water hose from the lower unit to the hose connection at the transom in the boat . this boat is a1990 wellcraft nova with 454 and bravo 1.

Take the water hose plastic fitting off behind the engine. If you have a problem it will be visible there.

thank you. Now I wish I had had this checked when I just had bellows replaced.

Bravoitis is a common restriction. If you want to inspect the other end of the inlet hose. Take the outdrive off.
