I just got a 1955 25 hp Aquasonic project motor model 25920 and I'm wondering what (or if) I can do anything with the block due to wear and some heavy scoring.

I have my mics handy and I can measure the bore but I don't know what the original bore size was supposed to be to begin with. Once I know that I can measure to see if it will clean up with a .030 overbore or if it's just too far gone. So folks, would you happen to know the stock bore size? The stroke isn't important in this situation but that would be nice to know down the road too maybe.

Another question, it's just sitting here in my open garage with no plugs. I really don't want what's left of the cylinder walls exposed to the humidity so what plugs should I buy for it?

Thanks folks!,
Steve
