Bombardier celebrity gas tank access?

Does anyone know how to access the gas tank in a bombardier celebrity 2000? (1997) to check clamp connections. When tank is full there is gasoline odour and some indication of leaking.

hey John the access man hole is under the bench seat should have a black round plastic top its about 8 inches in diameter.Cody
