I'm putting my boat in salt water for about a week. Question is do I need to put saltwater anodes on it or just leave the fresh water ones on. Thanks

Ayuh,... For only a Week,... I wouldn't worry about it....

would depend, are the original anodes AL, zinc or magnesium?
if your drive has the mercathode setup or any other electronic galvanic protection device it may make a big difference.
