24' Party Barge - Evinrude 2 stroke 115. Been out of the water for 8 months (redoing) and just put it back in the water. Turns fine going slow, very slow, but will not turn right while at any speed. HELP

answer was found upon further inspection, there is a pre made hole on the wall of the transom (below an aluminum cover) that the tail end of the steering cable goes through when right turns are made, the tail of the steering cable does not line up with the hole when at speed as the motor mount bolts have squeezed the connection a fraction. A new larger washer/support plate will be installed to re-align. I will also be cleaning and servicing the cable assembly at the same time.
