if you can safely take it (on your current trailer axle) to a local scale.. you need to know the weight of all of it.. boat, motor, and trailer above the wheels. You will get that reading on a scale.. local recycling centers, metal recycling centers have scales used to weigh loads.. or you could ballpark it and get an axle set up you know surpasses what you have...get it weighed if you can
