Can't find a brand name, so I'm having a problem finding replacement bevel gears for my small boat trailer's jack.

With gear cover in place. Ignore that crank handle. I just replaced the loose bolt that had served that purpose.

Gear cover off and showing broken gear teeth

Both gears are 1/2" bore
These are beveled at 45 degrees
1-3/4" OD
~1/4" smooth surface where tension pin secures gear to shaft
~3/8" gear surface
15 teeth per gear

Can someone point me in the right direction to find a source?

Re: Boat trailer jack problem

Might be cheaper to just go with a new jack...
It will be faster to just go with a new jack....
How long will the other parts wear out too?
http://www.tractorsupply.com/reese-towpower-reg-bolt-on-marine-jack-with-wheel-1161671 Is a link to where I would go to get a new jack and the one I would get for this application. (Run there and back in a few minutes from my house)
Otherwise, you can get just the jack part for about $10-$15 depending how long you are willing to look around and willing to salvage the old connection and wheel.

Would appear to be a bulldog brand jack. Repair kits can be purchased at most any Tractor Supply or Fleetfarm.

Looks like a winner, Cave_Run! Post that dude!

BTW, I visited the "Bulldog" (Southwest Wheel) site and [maybe] found a set of gears for ~9 + shipping... IF they're the right size.

Thanks for that! ;)

BTW, following the "Bulldog" brand name tip and google's lead, I landed on a site called "Southwest Wheel Company" and rooted out this. Not surprisingly, and much to my dismay, the shipping charge ($10.49) exceeds the $8.95 purchase price.
