Hello All,

I have a 1991 Monterey SCR. I want a top or cover that has windows so if on the lake and starts to rain, I can pop this on and drive back to land. Is there a known place to purchase or any suggestions. It's a bow rider so would need full cover but want to be able to drive with it on. Please help.

You can try looking up your boat on Greatlakes boat tops.Do a google search in case I don't have the name exactly right. They supply many gem canvas tops to manufacturers.I got my complete setup for my Grady white Adventure, top windows full enclosure.Charlie

That's a 33 year old boat. No parts available any more. You need a custom shop.

Complete custom canvas for what your asking . No , it won't have " windows " to see out of . You're asking for a canvas that you can put on , have windows to see if it's raining, then leave it on while you trailer it home . All I can envision is a canvas with a zipper opening above the captains seat . Everyone else bends over while you drive it back to the ramp whilst it's raining . No way is someone making a eisenglass bubble for you that's incorporated into the trailering canvas .

I think he was referring to side windows to see out of along with thru the windshield....but I could be wrong...

A convertible top with side curtains and an aft curtain would fit the bill. You can even have a "window" of isinglass fabricated in the aft curtain so you can even see behind you.

Optionally, a bimini with the same options that also includes a front isinglass curtain. I have a set of those just in case of a thunder storm.

Personally I only trailer with a full mooring cover, but lots of people trailer with the running canvas up if its only a short distance.

Yeah , I can see a convertible _ Bimini top going down the highway at 60mph , all shredded up or ripped off in a couple of trips .

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for the comments. Yeah not looking to trailer the boat with this on, just on the lake.
