Bet he never uses that ramp again. Got to wonder why the woman was not in the boat to start out with, looks like the stern was floating at the beginning of the video

He might have been ok if he had disconnected the winch strap! That boat was going nowhere since it was still hooked to the trailer!

That little Jeep had no chance, especially since the driver kept backing it into the water.

Those giant floatation tires on the Jeep didn't help either. People don't realize the volume of air they hold. Combined with the short wheelbase, that whole setup was a nightmare before they even got to the boat launch.

Glad I came across this thread because I usually leave the winch rope on when backing in. My ramp doesn't have a dock and I’m scared it will get away from me so I’ll probably back it in less and motor off the trailer from now on.

Operator error all over the place there. When he first stopped the boat was in far enough to back it off. All he had to do was leave it in gear engine off set the parking brake and put a chock behind the wheel.
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't power unloading/loading in FL illegal?
