Lots of bad info here. That's not a 25 HP boat. More like a 60. If you have a 25 and added a kicker, you have exceeded the capability. A prop change won't help you. You need a bigger motor.
I understand but on the plate of the boat max rating is 32.5 how should i change for a bigger motor ? 😐

the issue is the boat in the picture has a 40hp motor on it according to the facebook listing.

I agree with others. 25hp is not enough motor on that boat

you may be able to get a much lower pitch prop to get you out of the hole, however that boat needs much more motor than 25hp.

I can't see much of your boat from the picture, but I can tell you from what I see that boat is underpowered with a 25HP. I'm assuming that your boat without the 6HP on the back, and three adults in it, will have a hard time planing; and it shouldn't.

I am wondering if we do not somehow have a misunderstanding between imperial and metric measures???? I can't imagine having an 80kG rating (approx 176lbs) for a 32.6HP engine.

I tried to go onto the website on the side of the boat, www.buccaneerboatsltd.com and it appears not to exist any longer. Again I will say that it is a good looking boat, but I maintain that it should have a larger motor hanging on the back ... at least a 35hp, if not a 40-60hp.

Max allowable horsepower on the tag is 32.4 And I'm curious if that's a different standard overseas than here in the States - I believe there are sometimes differences. Regardless, 75% of 32.4 is 24.3 (pretty close to your current HP) ... as a rule / or a good cheat sheet anyway, you don't want a boat powered less than 75% of it's max. Hulls are designed to run at certain speeds and it takes certain horsepower to hit those speeds based on water conditions. - I'm still thinking you're underpowered.

The rating makes no sense. I google the boat and found a company that rented them. The rentals had 25 HP motors. I know that in my area the rentals are under powered so their customers can't easily kill themselves.

More to it here than meets they eye. Likely that foreign standards are different. Nice boat. I'm very conservative and don't need speed or a lot of HP. But even my meager requirements would not be met with this one.

That really is a nice looking boat and I'm perplexed as to why it's power rating is so low.

I've been researching other similar boats to this one and they're rated much higher.

For example, this 1999 Boston Whaler Dauntless is rated up to 75HP!

Specs here on iboats: http://boatspecs.iboats.com/Boston_Whaler__14_Dauntless__1999/bp/66b10599

It really is curious. 🤷‍♂️
