Hello everyone. I've been power boating for a while and would like to try sailing. I found a nice Hobie Cat Vagabond 14 for $500.00 Would this be a good boat to learn on? I live near a small lake (250 acres) that has nice afternoon breezes. Thanks.
I don't know the Hobie monohulls at all, but a little sloop rig like that is a great way to learn to sail. Price seems pretty nice too if the boat is in good shape.
