Bleeding Hydraulic Trim system

Hi, just wanting some info on bleeding my Mercruiser Alpha 1 drive trim system.
I have replaced the S/S lines to the trim rams and now need to bleed air out.
Any one know which is the best way to bleed them. !!!

I believe they are self bleeding.

Just cycle them up and down a few times and add fluid to the reservoir as needed.

Run the drive up and down a few times. They are self bleeding. Keep the reservoir full.
