Black widows, scorpions, tarantulas and rattlesnakes are common here, I've caught several of each, and have seen more than I can count. The only thing that scares me is the brown recluse, but only because they are so extremely rare where I live. I can't imediately recognize them, so I may not see the danger until it is too late. Black widows and scorpions don't scare me because I can easily recognize them at a glance.

I woundn't know what a black widow looked like it it landed on my lap. . . . . . .new england doesn't seem so bad after reading this thread.<br /><br />The only insec I stay away from are those little red fire ants that bite, other then that bring it on
