I bought my boat about 2 months ago and havent been able to work on it that much but finally got it running but the water pump gasket is shot so i gotta get a new one, which is fine because Its already off and is easy but the water that was leaking was black in color (didnt smell like oil or gas AT ALL); My question is is there a way to clean all that out instead of circlating in the engine, oh and obviously i had water hooked up to it. Thanks guys

Ayuh,... Muff it up, 'n Start it,... That'll be the 1st water out....
Or,...
Pull the drain plugs, 'n Drain it...

It's normal from setting. Will flush it's self in no time.Hook up the hose and fire it up.
You don't say where you live(profile)Once a year remove the drain plugs and with a piece of wire clean out the gunk built up in the bottom of the motor and manifold. You can run it while you do this.Only remove 1 plug at a time.J
