i have a 1990 maxum 18 ft with i/o. have the 130 hp. the number on haul is a ushb28me1990. i cant figure out model number(if ya can help on that great)...anyways, looking into buying a bimini top from this web site for my boat. couple questions though. looks like the center poles that mount to the boat as pivot points might be a problem for me. where i would have to mount it, to keep it centered in the back half of my boat(section behind front windows) is in the center of my side glass. the side glass tilts inward. so that means if i was to mount it to the inside if the glass, the poles would have to angle inward to miss the glass. is this a common practice to angle them in?? do they ever mount them on the outside of the glass(dont really wanna for looks reasons)....i am at 73 inchs from edge on insides to mount pivot points. the bimini im looking at is 66 in to 72 in width(part number 4669-xs). thinking this will work due to some angling inward. what do you guys think?? dont wanna get something that wont work or look properly...these do lay all the way back onto transom cover/engine hood, correct?? thanks!!!
