I'm looking to buy one of these two boats, Parker 1990 21 CC with a Mercury 150 2004 Asking Price $15K or a 19 CC 2006 Keywest with an Evinrude 150 2006 going for $16.5 K? Both have T-Tops as well as Trailers and Fishfinders, GPS, Etc...

This winter I was lucky enough to come across a 1996 Parker 21 CC with 175 Yamaha. We love the boat for family cruises, fishing trips at the lake, the intercoastal, or offshore. Lot's of room, very stable going through the inlets, and very maneuverable. You will appreciate the extra 2' on the Parker, plus added width. However, I'd suggest you re-frame your question to choose between the Evinrude or the Merc and maintenance issues with each. That's probably where your issues are going to be.
