I need a fuel pump for 1974 , 9.9 hp Johnson motor. Where can I get
best price. The valve housing has leaky valves. Is this part available
without buying a complete pump?

You can buy a rebuild kit here off iboats.
It's hard to beat Iboats price for any small parts when you factor in shipping charges since you can have them ship the part by the post office which is a lot cheaper then UPS.
