Just think El..if ya had smaller hands that fin would look a whole lot bigger..lol..You have cleaned up some since the last time I saw ya..To bad we can't see more of your face then we could see the stitches and the imprint of that lumber lure that smacked ya..<br /><br />If this wasn't a G rated forum you good show em your bruises from MuskieOnes ride.. :D

Nice looking gill. Who's the menacing looking guy holding it :p <br />I caught a few today(crappie/gills), nothing major. Still haven't thrown any spoons or went for bigger fish. <br /><br />All I remember about us using the strata spoons is we were fishing off a break in 20-30 feet of water. The bottom was hard with nearly no structure. <br />We'd throw the spoon, let it sink to the bottom, & jig it back, bouncing off the bottom. Most strikes came on the fall. I remember this lure was all we used for walleye & pike. Never had any luck with the erie deeries the other guy mentioned. <br />Once I get my big motor running(if I do this year) I'm going to plan a trip up to Michigan where we caught 'em. (Whitehall,MI) Now that I know that filetting a walleye is the same as a gill I wanna catch some :p
