When reinstalling the engine should I grease or put any sealer on the large o-rings? There seemed to be something on them but I cleaned up all surfaces and am using new o-rings.
Put them on the bellhousing and the outer clamp ring (#39) dry. Then put a little grease on the outsides of the rings so they slip into the transom shield easier.
