what type of ignition? If its electronic, its easy, just wire a kill switch on the same wire that has the ignition fuse on it.
If it isn't electronic ignition (some smaller kickers probably aren't, especially if there is no battery), it becomes a little trickier. you have to figure out how to ground out the coil. If you can find it, there is a factory ground cutoff already installed for the normal shutoff switch, just have to tap into that.
