I have purchased a older boat trailer with rollers that is rated for 7500 lbs, the rollers are through like glue (and rust), I need to convert it to bunks for my 1984 Bayliner Cierra 2450. Does anyone know where I can get hull diagrams or tech drawings so I can properly cut the angles and place the bunks to match the hull?

Any help would be great!
Thank you and have a Great day!

Re: Bayliner roller trailer- convert to bunks

I once had a boat and trailer combo that was so mismatched that I ended up lifting the boat up with an "A" frame lift and redoing the trailer myself. I welded new supports and bunks on myself. It took a couple of tries to get it exactly right but when it was done, I thought it was better than what you could buy from the dealer.

Not sure if you have access to something like this, or even the skills but you could always seek out a welding shop. Most have an"A" frame lift to pick up the boat with.

Just a suggestion.
