im using new gas and i get white froth (at 16:1 mix) from the exhaust. but dont use the old gas, you might cause yourself more grief than some fresh gas (or gas oil mix) will cost.
I don't even know how you got it started on that bad gas, anything is possible with gas that old. oil and water would do it not sure about gas/oil and water. Now you really get to clean your carbs out!

with such a short boating season.....motors tend to keep going and going.....like the energizer bunny! lol colvet do yourself a BIG favour, get some new fuel.
