I'm rolling and tipping awlgirp topcoat. I mixed 2 parts paint, 1 part roll converter and 15 percent reducer. It goes on good but after a couple minutes it looks like dust is under the paint. I wiped down with awlgrip cleaning solvent and tack cloths. I even practiced on a clean piece of glass and I had the same problem. I'm using the white foam roller and a good soft paint brush. I sanded the 545 primer with 220. I sanded the first coat of paint with 320. What am I doing wrong?
