Same thing with Price Pfister. Have had Delta and PriceP replace items over many houses for years at no cost. Mostly PriceP because I have installed more of them

We have several Moen faucets and they also have a similar warranty. Fortunately, we haven't needed to use it so far.

I have all 3 brands in my house, and all 3 have been warrantied at least once.. PF sent the wrong side cartridge for my kitchen sink, so the hot side turns backwards, but whatever off is still off

im currently fighting with delta on a faulty 17T trinsic monitor valve ($400 list, $200 street cost) for the new shower. the first lady argued with me that I need to have a licensed plumber install and then call them (she got offended when i explained to her the families plumbing lineage) So I asked for a superviser. the replacment valve will be in 10-12 days.

the wax capsule isnt responding to adjustments

...I looked up the 17T Scott. Nice features. ...but I've always preferred manual transmissions, etc. I put a Sharpie mark on the base Delta shower valve where the water temp is perfect. ...my wife's mark is considerably more counterclockwise.
