At WOT she starts cutting out

I just got done with a decarb using seafoam an now my 58 johnson 7.5 cuts out at WOT i dont know why if I pump the bulb alittle she comes tight back is my diaphram to small snow else put it on

Can I recommend you stick with 1 post here, you have about 20 on the go and getting confusing!
