Astro fsx18 trolling motor batteries

I just purchased a 1995 Astro FSX18 from someone who knew nothing about the boat...I cannot locate the trolling motor batteries, although the 12/24v motor will run with the main battery disconnected...Can anyone help?

Not sure on the Astro, but on my Procraft F/S you have to flip the middle rear seat forward and lift out the cooler/storage bin to get to the trolling motor batteries. Maybe Astro hid them in the same spot.
