Anyone have good links to Arrow Glass Owners Operations Manual? Just want to make sure Im not missing something simple on a engine thats just giving me a click.

(fyi 87 224cid no start, all factory, turn key "click", replaced all ignition ends and ford relay on block, GM relay on starter appears brand new, shifter in neutral or it wouldnt even click, new batteries 13.26 on both, 13.26 at BOTH relays)

What powers the boat? Volvo-Penta, Mercruiser, OMC or something else?

An Arrow Glass manual won't help if you ever find one.

Its a 87 Merc 165, 224cid, 4cyl. Sorry no serial number like others its faded gone.
I have been searching and will continue to do so on the forum. Like many cars Ive had to work on it just clicks when turning the key. I dont doubt its something simple like a bad connection.
I was just wanting to make sure theres not a "push this button, move this lever and turn key" in operations manual.

Went through most of the connections and voltage test points. Tested the volts at the starter and grounding to block. I have a sneaky suspicion its the starter froze. Was hoping not but wont be the first time.

That's a 3.7L. I'm going to guess your a beginner boater and bought that boat unknowing about the engine.

Run 12v jumper cable direct to the battery to the starter lug, then provide 12v to the S terminal on the GM starter solenoid.. If that does not spin it over, your going to have to bar the engine over to make sure it isn't stuck.. Either the starter is stuck/ inop, or the engine is stuck.
It's a 3.7L so it could have coolant in every cylinder and hydro locked ( probably not, but it is possible )

Starter. Its clear the solenoid was replaced no mistaking that. Already did the jumper same as any vehicle, nothing. Pulled starter jumped to battery and nothing. It doesn't surprise me it looks rust and the armature is frozen.
I'll take it to the autoparts store for a second test but regardless it's out and a new one will go in.

I knew there isn't very many fans of those motors then again not many fans of ford's 5.4 06 either but mines fine. All else fails new motor goes in. Fortunately for me it's not my only boat.
I absolutely appreciate the help because I'm not perfect and can miss a important step, I am human. Thank you

Ayuh,.... If it's an ole big motor style starter, swap it for the newer style permanent magnet motor starter,.....
1/2 the weight, 'n twice the power,....

Yep was the starter. Autoparts store couldn't get it to engage either. Told em thanks that was the news I wanted. Of course they thought I was crazy.
And yes I did start with ALL connections cleaned or replaced.
Thank you all
