Couple 22 cal double action
44 cal single shot black powder (big Boom-Big Smoke)
Five or six smaller BP hand guns
Rifles... 9 from pellet and 22s to 3006 and 50 cal BP

Now I have just been given charge of a 9mm German Luger (P.08)ser number 3671 and every part is stamped with 71 meaning its all original I think.
Even in a Luger 35/8" no 6001 hoster (sp)

Lets not forget my soon to be BP cannon! Shoots down rigger balls :)

A scary thought.. 100 - 5000 rounds for each of the above! (except for the cannon) At approx $5.00 a shot ewww

Re: Are there any Handgunners on the board?

I've owned some guns.
Ruger .22 automatic Target Pistol.
Ruger .22 automatic Standard.
Browning Grade II .22 automatic rifle.
Savage 110D .243 bolt action.
Armalite .22 survival rifle. Made it full auto by accident.
Remington .22 bolt action single shot.
Remington 45/70 Rolling Block rechambered to .43 spanish.
S&W 645 .45 caliber.
S&W 5906 stainless .9mm
Berretta 96c .9mm

I'm a Glock armorer, I carry a Glock model 22 or 26 .40 caliber most the time.
Sometime I will carry a S&W model 60 stainless depending on what I wear.
I regulary shoot a AR-15, M-16, & MP5-sd, (silenced).
The AR-15 & M-16 have the red dot military sights on them.
The MP5 is very accurate up to 50 yards or so, you can snap shoot 3 shot burst into a shilouate (sp?) target easily. Theres a technique to do this, is easy to learn. Hopefully I'll be going to H&K Armorers School and/or Colt Armorers School before I retire in 14 years.

Nice looking gun Nate. Is the CZ a copy of the Hi Power? I always wanted a Browning, but never got one.
Spratt- I have a Mec-Tec carbine conversion unit that has a 16 1/2" barrel & upper that fits on any 1911 frame. A fun to shoot & accurate addition to any collection. No FFL required to buy. They also make one for Glocks.

I have a Glock 17 that I love to shoot. I really like the quick trigger action on it.

I think you're right Chief---it's just a typo ( ' instead of . ). I also note that someone else mentioned a 16-1/2" carbine attachment for a 1911, so a 22" kit wouldn't be all that outlandish.

I suspect the "FN .38 Special" is a .380 Auto. Another possibility is that it's chambered in .38 Auto. I can find no reference anywhere to an FN-made revolver, and the only autoloaders I know of that fire .38 Special are the Smith & Wesson Model 53 and a variation or two of Colt's Gold Cup.

Bomar's collection sounds nice. He's even got a .41 Magnum, the symbol of a discriminating shooter!

-dd-
