But is that not the truth, you can have all the manpower,tools and equipment in the world but if you cannot effectivly utilize them up to their fullest potential you might as well stay "HOME".
I kind of wonder about the son, he has a good head on his shoulders to some degree, but he cannot come to terms with settling his dad down and pushing him in the right direction as far as the direction that the project should go, counter productive not having everyones full attention and a serious game plan.
Placer mining as I have been told and expierenced alittle is a crap shoot at best, and the son knows that to find the dry ancient channels will be their best bet, water falls just take placer gold and beat it into flour.
