These are on the gunnels of my SeaNymph CC191 Striper.
I think they might be bases for rod holders? Not sure.
If they are I'd like to find the rod holders they work with.
Any help appreciated.

I think I found my answer.
Seem to be bases for Tite-Lok rod holders?
Anybody confirm?
