Aldo, that is exactly how our roof is done. We have to have a cyclone rating.<br />The screws are pretty big mothers to, as is the rod from top plate to footings.<br />Cheers<br />Phillip
When I did mine I thought about how old "I "would be in 20 years and if "I " would want to strip the shingles then. I did it now (stripped it)when I am 40 figure that another layer " I" could do when I am in my early 60's .. you said you plan to sell the house but consider this ! you never know
