I've read that antiseize can cause galvanic corrosion in a saltwater environment. Since sparkplugs are not in contact with the saltwater, is it ok to use antiseize on the threads?

If not, what would be another options?

Not familiar with this product so I looked it up - labeled as "form-a-gasket". Is this the product you are referring to?

Again, I'm not familiar with this but I would think that any type of gasket material could get stuck on the threads of the head and/or pieces could fall into the combustion chamber.

Have always used a dab of antiseize on spark plugs, especially on aluminum heads. Just be careful with aluminum heads and the type you use.

Use very sparingly.
