Looks like a 280 lower, the upper looks like a combination of several different drives.
It is not all original. Some of the things like the tilt pivot pins look like bolts.

Where the shifter linkage isThe first pics shows it an allenhead screw about 5/16 allenhead.That's where you fill it.Looks like a 280 with a few parts from a 275.
Zincs from a 280 will work.J

Sorry but the above picture is a tough way to perform a simple task. I think you're getting this one confused with a Merc drive. On the Volvo outdrives of this era, it's a straight through shot so you don't need to pump it in from the bottom. Fill from the allen head screw above the shift shoe cover. Remove the dipstick for a vent path. Use the same type of motor oil as the engine. 10W-30 works fine. New o-rings for both are a good idea.
It's cheap insurance to do pressure and vacuum tests as well so you cut down on the number of surprises. A manual will really help you out.
