ok here we go the guy also imformed me that the force dealer called him and told him that the 1996 50hp force he bought new had a faulty ignition switch and that if he brought it in they would replace it with a 16 volt ignition switch for free and so he did .<br />has anyone ever incountered this before and if so how does a 16v ignition system work with a 12v battery? the moter started fine when he started it for me in his driveway<br />thanx<br />Warren
