HMMMM......
I thought Harding, (crook), Coolidge & Hoover were rehubs......
That is 9 years of Rehub rule up to the crash & 3 afterward.....
Then FDR fixed things......;) :)

Hmmmmmm, Me Bro Haut. FDR fixed things eh? Remember that you put a quarter in me on that subject about 4-5 months back? FDR made the great depression much worse and it lasted much longer due to his political actions. News for ya Bro: The Government NEVER FIXES THINGS THAT ARE ECONOMIC. The private sector always does. That's the PEOPLE like you and me and the rest on here Right Left Black White n' Purple who move n' shake out there: Bro Haut. FDR was an effective WAR leader, but he had very, (nearly non existant), and weak enemies within, (A Hiss et al) ya know those 57 people mentioned by ol' Joe McCarthy me Bro? The WAR ended the depression, not FDR. George Bush knows that fact, (as do most Democrats as well), and he cut our taxes so we could come out of a hole we created, (not: Bill Clinton), with speculation in the dot bombs, and our enemies exacerbated the matter by taking down a rather large structure at the tip of an important island. Bottom line: the private sector is where the strength of this Great Country comes from. The best government is one that is relatively small that protects the Country's interest and people from aggressive outsiders, but has enough rules to insure orderly competition from the private sector within. Large American Corporations are not bad as ya learned in college, (the Lefties were wrong and are wrong). As a good Libertarian you of all people know that. Ya must be pullin' yer slow Bro's chain to get me ta vent n' exercise me brain cell. Respectfully JR. ps sorry fer the bad English n' poor spellin' but it was me Bro that pointed out that ol' Murky has only one brain cell; so: I do the best with what I got.

Hey now.... PW has been here a long time... and even though he may not agree with the majority... we still love him... he's a good guy whose just a little misguided... but he is very welcome here.

Whew! RF, thanks.

Baroque was dangerously close to hurting my feelings, and being a lib and all, you know how devastating *THAT* could be.

Baroque?

My lack of education is showing. I did not realize that Baroque was one of the Crues Classes.

Hard tellin' how me Bro Haut actually feels about Ol' FDR: Skinny. He was mainly pullin' my chain to see if I would respond to his taunt, which I did!! JR:D :D
