RRitt did trim pump repairs for a living. Maybe the archives saved his instructional posts.

The question today is what are there hook/pin whatever they are circled in red, what are they for. I have looked at 1000's of pics and cant figure it out. If its for the ski pole then is it missing parts? Any help would be great, oh btw the there are two on each side just like what i circled.

Can't really tell, the pics too small.
Usually a ski pillion is one on each side and 1 in the middle, in front of the motor?

Hi Guys, been a long time since I’ve posted because I usually don’t have any info that is more useful than fellas that help everyone on the regular like JerryJerry, Frank A, pnwboat, jiggz, and kbh I could keep going but you get the point. A lot of great people helping others out here on the forum.

Anyway, about the trim gauge I happened upon a kit that includes everything and will attach some photos with part numbers so long as my computer complies.

This is a complete kit that requires drilling through the mounting bracket and tapping the 3 holes to secure the potentiometer to the bracket. There’s a few more pics but they exceed the MB limit for 1 post so I will try to post the rest here.

Ok now that I’ve lowered the resolution I see that the part numbers on the manual are indecipherable so for reference they are F5H160 and F5H161. Good luck with everything and hopefully the info I have provided can be of some use.

Maybe another post with part#s and directions and how you installed it.
Pics too.
Then maybe a mod will add it to the sticky posts so the future owners can see it.

iwanttobefishin, those "pins" you were wondering about, do they happen to turn? If they do, I will bet that they are for a storage/transport cover.

Hey everyone the weather in texas has not been good to me, i haven't even had time to work on the boat. So on the pins yes they turn, so i was thinking it could be for a bimini top or something. I am going to trying and utilize them for something more unique. I have a solar panel that i may try and mount it to or i have hummingbird 565 fish finder that if i can figure out how to use a second monitor i will do that or speakers. And thank you so much on the trim info going to look it up and buy one right now

Running 2 depth finders at the same time.
Not always a good idea.
I heard that they can interfere with each other.
Try asking Lowrance or Garmin??
