My bias ply tires required a PSI of 105. What did your tires call for? Also, are these Chinese tires? Were they exposed to constant sun?

Those tires are over 8 years old... most recommendations I've seen are to replace after 5 years, regardless of tread depth. Inflation isn't the issue with tires that old.
