Alpha One gen 2 outdrive gasket pushing out

Hello need some help please, I have 2014 Alpha one gen 2, outdrive, replaced the gimbal bearing, when I started tightening the nuts I noticed the gasket on the water inlet is pushing out, it's seems to be the o ring pushing the gasket out the shift linkage side is good but the oring side is a little bit out. Any ideas I used oem parts and gaskets, o- rings etc.

Could be the o ring at the water passage moved outside the shouldered area upon drive install.

Best to use a couple light dabs of bellows adhesive to hold it in place to avoid the o ring moving
