Have 3.0 with Alpha 1. When sitting on trailer, oil leaks from the small hole in nose cone in the front of lower unit. When engine running, water shoots out of this hole. HELP!!
Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,...... I believe you'll find that, that's a case drain hole, 'n you've got an oil leak somewhere above that, possibly the shift spool,....
Nice to know which generation Alpha drive you have to answer this properly. But probably a drain hole is leaking. There are several seals that can cause that.
