alpha 1 gear oil leak

i get a drip of gear oil from the water outlet pinhole no water gets in the gear oil can anyone help<br /><br />a mercruiser 3.0 1986 i/o alpha 1 sterndrive

Upper seals in the outdrive most of the time. You have replaced the shift shaft seal? And the o-rings under the waterpump?
