Turn the carb upside down and make sure the float is sitting parallel to the carb body ( I believe thats the word I want ) Sometime they sit too low, which would allow too much fuel, and sometimes they sit too high and don't allow enough. You want it level with the body of the carb, basically. Does that make sense? It does to me, but to someone who hasn't done it before, it may be confusing. :|
