99 SeaDoo GTX died

99 Sea Doo GTX, rebuilt carbs last year. Took it out yesterday, ran great for about 30 minutes. Fastest thing on the water. It didnt want to idle, and finally went dead one time when at an idle. Battery died when trying to recrank. Noticed the encoded switch several times had to be taken off and put back on to get motor to turn over as well.

Any ideas of which way to go?

My apologies its NOT a GTX, its a SPX. Installed another set of carbs yesterday. Problem seems to have cleared itself up. Now gotta start on the VTS system.
