Hi, I've got a 97 60hp and last time out, it started acting like it was running out of fuel, gauge read full, checked float in tank, changed water separator filter and inline fuel filter on motor. The fuel only goes as far as the inlet of the inline filter and the bulb feels soft and lots of air, I've plugged the line right before the filter and the bulb pumps up hard. Any help would be appreciated
