Had lync and sync done in June which got me on the water after not being able to keep motor running. Since the lync and sync was done I do not reach full rpms.

did it rpm ok "before" tha adjustments?.. who ever did tha "lync n sync" needs ta revisit what was done and should be able ta figure out whats goin' on with it??...
