94 Evinrude 9.9hp torque questions

What torque is used to tighten the water pump housing bolts for this engine?<br /><br />Also, what is the torque to tighten the lower unit to the upper?

7 to 8 ft lb on the housing bolts should suffice rebars. 12ft lb on the mating bolts....however...most wrenches I know use "snug" on both.

Thanks OBJ. The manual is on order, but I wanted to replace the pump this weekend. I'll see if I can calibrate my elbow for the 7-8 ft-lb & 12ft-lb "snug" levels.
